Sweet Grass Dairy is an award-winning handcrafted cheesemaker based in Thomasville, GA. Since 2000, Sweet Grass Dairy has produced cheeses in an old-world fashion with careful attention to both quality and flavor. Their milk is sourced from one of their three family-owned farms, each of which practices New Zealand-style rotational grazing. This system moves animals regularly, strategically and systematically to a fresh pasture every 12-24 hours, which maximizes milk quality and quantity from each cow and maintains the integrity of the grass species and soil life. In just over a decade, Sweet Grass Dairy has won more than 20 ribbons from the American Cheese Society Competition as well as two internationally recognized awards. Sweet Grass is nationally known as one of the South’s biggest and best handcrafted cheesemakers.

Based in Bath, England, they have been cheese and cracker specialists for twenty years, stocking over a hundred hand-made British cheeses. Owned and run from the beginning by Ann-Marie Dyas, a judge at both the British and World Cheese Awards, The Fine Cheese Co. is committed to the survival of traditional cheese-making, and to the production of the finest-quality crackers, cookies and accompaniments available.

La Oveja Negra

Oveja Negra LogoLa Oveja Negra (“The Black Sheep”) Manchego cheese is the product of a farm owned by three brothers – Francisco, Luis and Javier Parra – in the village of Las Mesas, Spain. Their cheese is crafted in the traditional manner passed down from generation to generation in La Mancha, where their distinctive herd of black sheep play an important role in the cycle of the land. Today, the Parra Family’s cheesemakers incorporate these ancient regional traditions with the latest technology to create their intriguing, buttery cheese – the first Organic Queso Manchego available to the United States market. Now available in two versions: Original (aged a minimum of 3 months) and Curado (aged a minimum of 6 months).
